Subscription Terms

• You must be 16 years or older to use this service.
• You must be a person. Subscriptions registered by "bots" or through the use of other automated methods are not accepted.
• You must provide your full name, a valid e-mail address and all the other information necessary to complete the registration process.
• One login may be used by one person only. A single login may not be shared by several people.
• You are responsible for keeping your subscription and password safe. Make Websolutions cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage as a result of your failure to meet this commitment.
• You are responsible for all content sent through the service via your subscription (even when the content is sent by others using your subscription).
• If you use a free subscription, you do not have the opportunity to block ads.
• One person or legal entity cannot create more than one free subscription.
• You cannot use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When you use the service, you must abide by the laws in your country (including, but not limited to, copyright laws).

Payment, refunds, upgrade and downgrade conditions

• You need a valid credit card to pay for your subscription. If you use a free subscription, you do not have to provide a credit card number.
• If you sign up for a small, medium-sized, large or extra large subscription, you will be charged upon registration. Later you will be charged monthly. You will receive your invoice by mail, and you will also find the invoice on the "My subscription" page.
• An upgrade from a free subscription to a paid subscription will end your free trial period. Immediately after the upgrade, you will be billed for the coming 30 days.
• You are charged for the service in advance on a monthly basis, and payments are not refundable. You do not get any refund or credit for partial use during a month, for upgrading/ downgrading, or for unused months of an open subscription. In order to treat everyone equally, Make Websolutions AS makes no exceptions.
• All fees are exclusive of any taxes or charges imposed by the taw authorities, and you are responsible for the payment of all such taxes or fees.
• If you upgrade or downgrade your subscription, the credit card you provided when you first signed up will automatically be charged for the new subscription at the beginning of your next 30 day period.
• Downgrading your subscription may lead to the loss of content, features or capacity in the service. Make Websolutions AS does not accept any liability for any such loss.

Cancellation and termination

• You are responsible to for the cancellation of your subscribtion. Requesting the cancellation of your subscription via e-mail of telephone is not sufficient. You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking "My subscription".
• After terminating your subscription, your content is immediately deleted from the service. This information cannot be recovered after the cancellation of your subscription.
• If you terminate your subscription before the end of the current month, the termination takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
• Make Websolutions AS reserves the right to discontinue or cancel your subscription, and deny you both current and future use of the service, without any prior notice. Such a termination of service will result in the discontinuation of your subscription and your access to your subscription, and it entails that you forfeit any claim to the content of your subscription. Make Websolutions AS reserves the right to refuse to provide its services for any reason, at any time.
• Prices for all services - including but not limited to - monthly subscription, can be changed with 30 days' notice. Such a notice can be given at any time via Make Newsmail's login page.
• Make Websolutions AS is not liable to you or any third party for changes in functionality price change or, suspension or termination of service.

General Conditions

• You use the service at your own risk. This service is provided "as is".
• Support is offered only to paying subscribers and is available only via e-mail.
• You understand that Make Websolutions uses third-party suppliers and hosting partners who offer the necessary hardware, software, networking and storage capabilities and other related technology required to run the service.
• You must not modify, adapt, or "hack" the service or alter any website so as to falsely suggest that it is associated with the service, Make Websolutions or any other Make Websolutions services.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use of the service, or access to the service without written permission from Make Websolutions.
• We may, but are not obligated, to remove the content and subscriptions containing content of an unlawful, obscene, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable nature, or content that violates a second party's intellectual property or these Terms of service.
• Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of retaliation or abuse) of any Make Websolutions customer, employee or member will result in the immediate termination of your subscription.
• You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the service, including your content, can be transmitted unencrypted and involve:
  • (a) transmissions over various networks and
  • (b) changes to follow the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
• You may not upload, post or send unwanted e-mail, SMS or "spam" messages.
• You must not transmit spyware or viruses or code of a destructive nature.
• If you exceed your allocated storage capacity, we reserve the right to immediately disable your subscription until you reduce your consumption of disk space.
• Make Websolutions cannot guarantee that
  • (i) the service meets your specific requirements,
  • (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, secure or without error,
  • (iii) the results achieved through the use of the service will be accurate or reliable,
  • (iv) the quality of all products, services, information or other material that you obtain through the service will meet your expectations, and
  • (v) any errors in the service will be corrected.
• You understand and agree that Make Websolutions cannot be held responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any damage - including but not limited to - loss of profit, goodwill, data or other intangible losses (even if Make Websolutions has been advised of the possibility of such damage), which is due to:
  • (i) the use of or lack of ability to use the service,
  • (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service,
  • (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data,
  • (iv) statements or conduct of a third party on the service,
  • (v) or other issues related to the service.
• If Make Websolutions fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of service, this should not constitute a waiver of such a right or provision. The Terms of service constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Websolutions and governs your use of the service, and supersedes all prior agreements between you and Make Websolutions (including but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of service).
